MERRY CHRISTMAS 2019

HELLO AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OUR LOVING      FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!!

Where oh where did this past year disappear? It has been a different one for us and looking forward to 2020. That's perfect vision, you know, so we look ahead gladly.

As you scan our pictures, you'll see we took a couple small trips. The year was full of rehearsals and shows. We, like most of you, had our share of doctor visits and yearly checkups. Thank God we are still kicking.

Enough said here so you can scan our year. We are very Blessed with all of you, our friends and family, and want to wish you a wonderful Christmas holiday and a healthy, safe, and loving New Year.
Love,
Marilyn and Bob

MISC AND PICTURES ALONG THE WAY

Well.....  the year has been interesting, a bit of stress, like everyone. You know, the building and repair, to both home and body! That's done and all is well.  Like the doctor in this house, the Ophthalmologist, says 2020 is perfect vision so get ready for a good year. We're all ready for that, I'm sure.
This is our lunch time on our patio... Paella...mmmm good

Here were a couple stops on the way home from Canada... Stopped by MacCall Lake in Idaho and met up with our friends, Charles and Irene. They led the way back to their place and next day headed on south. A day stop in Minden, Nev to see friends, George and Patti.
Then comes Halloween, and couldn't resist showing you what Fallbrook does, They line the street and shop windows with the decorations,

Sons, Mike and Craig, were in town for a short time but took time to meet us for lunch. Love those boys, 'scuse me,...men, so much. Craig is now a VP with Adaptive Biotechnology and Mike is running about 15 McDonald stores. Families of both are doing very well in school and the two oldest, of Mike and Craig, are in college now.

We took a much needed break and left for Canada with a couple stops along the way. First was Minden, Nev to see friends for a couple days. On to Nampa Idaho to see friends who recently moved from San Diego area. Pretty nice area, and we had a great visit. Then decided to take US 95 on up to Canada, which was beautiful. Following rivers, hills, ranches, forest, and mountains.

SETTLING INTO SOME ROUTINE

There were some rules about being on the Price Is Right, as 'not allowed to talk about' til a week before air date. So... I just said we went to the show. What??? All I did was smile at any questions. In the meantime, rehearsals continue with Toe Tappers. We had a show Feb 14. Our year got started early.

As you can see...I got right down to a couple seconds when I won the trip to ITALY !!!

STARTING THE NEW YEAR

Our year started with a surprise that we received just before Christmas.......tickets, and they were Priority tickets, to The Price Is Right!! Oh what fun. I had forgotten I signed up for them some time before. I picked the date of Jan 16 to be at the taping at CBS.We took the train up to LA and a friend picked us up and we three were on our way. Here is the check in...

After we were shown to our seats, the real fun of music, a loud-but-fun crowd, and introductions of stage people....and Drew began.  Yep, we saw the sign with my name on it and they called my name out, and I went tapping to the bidding line! When I got to the stage, I tapped for Drew.Great day.

Yes, I won a trip to Italy!! And a new camera, and luggage. I think by now most all know about this via Facebook and emails. So this is just a recap!!We had a fabulous day and went back home on the evening train.
